The tour starts from Tour Operator in Tárcoles downtown, our guide receives you and we proceed to move to the Carara National Park.

When we enter the Carara National Park, we start with a great walk led by a Bilingual Certified Guide (Spanish and English), we will walk along beautiful trails guaranteeing a unique and unforgettable experience.

You will be able to observe during this walk, some of the trees that impact due to their large size, species such as the Guanacaste which is the National tree of Costa Rica, Guácimo Colorado, Espavel, Gallinazo and Ceibas, among others.

Due to its abundant and lush birdlife, we can find birds such as the Yiguiirro, which is the National Bird of Costa Rica, Lapa Roja, Guaco, Pavón, Chocuaco, Tucancillo, Violet Trogón, Hummingbird, other species of animals such as the Whitetail Deer which is the National Symbol of Costa Rica, La Martilla, Four-Eye Fox, Pizote, Tolomuco, Raccoon, Carablanca Monkey, Horse Bear, Two-Toed Sloth, Guatusa and the Manigordo.

We return to the entrance of the Carara National Park, we proceed to the Costa Rica Cocodrilo Operations Center (Jungle Crocodile Safari) to start the second activity that is the tour in the Rio Grande de Tárcoles where we will make a tour of approximately 2 hours in an of our comfortable and safe boats having the opportunity to observe these magnificent ancient reptiles with sizes larger than 4 meters long.

Our Captains are Certified by the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation (MOPT) and the National Learning Institute (INA), the Guides are Certified and bilingual (Spanish and English).

They will always be provided with the best possible service because this is a Wild Sanctuary and the Habitat of the species must be respected.
